Returns & Refund Policy
At ODISEA, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something doesn't feel right, we've made the return process as simple as possible.
Returns
You can return your order within 15 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Show no signs of wear, damage or alteration.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
Free Returns
We offer 100% free returns.
Simply contact our customer support team, and we'll guide you through the return process. We aim to make it quick and hassle-free.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or color, simply return your original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
